Get to Know Our Team
As a Team, We See More. And Do More.
“The team is strongest when everyone contributes in their own way, yet we all move toward the same goal. At Motion Lab, we believe that this diversity is what gives strength to every movement and depth to everything we do.
That’s why you will always work with different team members—each one sees the body from their own perspective, and it’s through these diverse viewpoints that a complete picture emerges, one no individual could see alone.”

About me
Sports have been a part of my life since childhood—movement and the human body have always fascinated me. This passion drives me to continuously explore and deepen my knowledge, always with an open mind and a desire to find deeper answers about how our body functions. When I’m not immersed in the world of movement and manual techniques, I love being in nature. I have long been involved in beekeeping and olive cultivation, and outdoor activities bring me balance, peace, and genuine joy.

Dr. Ines Čavar
PhD, MSc Kinesiology
About me
I’m Ines, and my job is also my passion. Movement has always been an integral part of my life—I trained as a professional dancer until I was 24, and even today I can’t imagine a day without music and movement. I am one of the first therapists in Croatia trained in P-DTR—a method that completely changed the way I view pain and body function. Instead of just addressing symptoms, P-DTR allows me to find the true cause and work deeper—where it all begins. I’m passionate about learning, breaking old patterns, and constantly questioning how we can do better. I often live by the principle, “fuck your mood, follow the plan,” because true change doesn’t come when it’s easy—it comes when we are consistent.
