Individual Training
Find Your Reason to Move
Training Designed Around You
At Motion Lab, we believe that every client deserves a training approach fully tailored to their specific needs and goals. Whether your aim is body shaping, improving fitness, reducing pain, or taking your athletic performance to the next level, our expert team will design a program that fits you best.
Prehabilitation and Injury Prevention
Individual Training for Recreational Athletes
Our training is focused on preventing future injuries and overuse syndromes. Through precisely targeted exercises, we ensure proper joint biomechanics and arthrokinematics, as well as the optimization of fascial connections through movement. This approach significantly reduces the risk of painful syndromes and injuries.
Through our Smart Movement philosophy, we emphasize complex, functional movements that engage multiple fascial lines and planes. Instead of isolated exercises aimed solely at muscle growth, we focus on full-body integration through movement — achieving better coordination, stability, and balance. In doing so, we provide comprehensive support for your body, laying the foundation for long-term health and resilience against injury.
Pain-Free, Injury-Free
Individual Training for Athletes
Our individual training system is designed to support both recreational and professional athletes who subject their bodies to intense physical demands specific to their sport. At Motion Lab, we aim to make the most of off-season periods to prepare them optimally for upcoming athletic challenges. During the competitive season, we help maintain established motor patterns and functional abilities.
In doing so, we reduce the risk of injury, enabling athletes to achieve top-level performance while preserving their health and longevity in sport.
Achieve Your Transformation
Individual Training for Body Transformation
This individual training system is designed for healthy people of all ages who want to work on personal transformation through body shaping, fitness improvement, and health enhancement. Each training session is tailored to individual needs and goals, promoting the development of discipline, self-confidence, and a stronger sense of personal power.
By transforming your body, you simultaneously adopt healthy lifestyle habits that help you maintain your results long-term, contributing to better mental and physical well-being. Through physical transformation, this program enables you to develop a new, stronger version of yourself.
DIAGNOSTIC SESSION: A PERSONALIZED APPROACH FOR A SAFE START
What You Need to Know Before Starting Exercise
Testing. Plan. Result.
Start Safely and Injury-Free
Before beginning individual training at Motion Lab, you are required to undergo a diagnostic session.
During the diagnostic process, we assess the quality of your global motor patterns and evaluate muscle endurance, strength, and power of the entire body through specific tests. This initial assessment provides us with a clear picture of your body’s condition and is crucial for creating a personalized exercise program.
Based on the test results, we develop an individualized training program tailored to your body, goals, and daily demands. We focus on improving the abilities identified as key through the diagnostics — whether it’s stability, strength, or functional movement patterns.
With expert guidance from our therapists and trainers, every program is designed to be effective, safe, and aligned with your needs and capabilities.
FROM PAIN TO PERFORMANCE
Questions and answers
01What should I bring with me to training?
Clients come to individual training sessions in standard workout clothes — basically, whatever you normally train in. For example: shorts, a sports T-shirt, tracksuit, etc.
Depending on the nature of your session, exercises are performed either barefoot or in sports shoes, based on what’s agreed upon with your trainer.
02Do I work exclusively with one therapist/trainer or multiple?
At Motion Lab, we aim to provide our clients with the highest quality approach. That’s why we encourage clients to work with multiple trainers and therapists in order to maximize the effectiveness of their training.
Each trainer has their own unique style and is highly specialized in a specific area, so our goal is to give clients the opportunity to benefit from the best that each professional has to offer.
03How often do I need to train?
That depends on the goals previously agreed upon. In most cases, training 2–3 times per week over a certain period is necessary to achieve the desired effects of the training process.
Whether it’s coming to our center three times a week or combining in-person sessions with independently performed exercises agreed upon with your trainer, the weekly training volume needs to be met in order for the process to be considered successful in the long run.
