Reformer
The Art of Controlled Movement
Discover the Reformer – a perfect blend of strength, flexibility, and control.
The Reformer program is a functional form of exercise that uses equipment with an unstable platform and adjustable resistance. Thanks to its unique design, the Reformer ensures that your core muscles are engaged throughout every movement. The seamless adjustment of resistance allows for strengthening and developing muscle groups in a way that traditional training simply cannot. Through balanced and precise execution, the Reformer provides safe and effective training, improving your strength, flexibility, and balance.
Optimal Resistance Adjustment
The ability to precisely adjust resistance frees you to focus on proper execution of movement and achieving optimal results.
Precise Control of Movement
The Reformer requires precise, controlled movements that engage stabilizing muscles, enhancing your strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Adaptability in Practice
Every exercise can be individually adapted to personal abilities, ensuring personalized progress within a group dynamic.
Full-Body Transformation
The Reformer trains all muscle groups while strengthening the deep core muscles, leading to overall stability, balance, and a well-shaped body.

Prehabilitation – a preventive approach that strengthens the body and reduces the risk of injuries before they even occur – is a cornerstone of our work. We combine modern rehabilitation techniques with functional movement for long-term stability and resilience.

Questions and answers
01What do I need for my first Reformer class – and how should I prepare?

02Do I need prior experience or fitness level to train on the Reformer?
No, Reformer training is suitable for everyone – regardless of prior experience or current fitness level. For complete beginners, we offer an introductory session to get familiar with the equipment and principles before joining group classes.
03Can I train during pregnancy or after giving birth?
Yes, Reformer Pilates can be safe and beneficial during prenatal and postnatal periods. With expert guidance and individualized adjustments, exercises can be adapted to your needs.
It’s important to note that exercise during pregnancy is recommended only if it’s not a major change compared to previous habits – for example, if you weren’t exercising regularly before pregnancy, a gradual introduction to tailored activities is advised.

A standard Reformer session lasts 55 minutes. Small groups – with a maximum of 5 participants – allow for personalized guidance and quality correction of each movement.
