By car – parking:

If you are coming by car, the easiest parking options are in Postojnska Street (right around the corner from Motion Lab) or at NK Kustošija’s parking lot (just a 1-minute walk from Motion Lab).
 

By public transport:

If you are using public transport, the nearest bus stop is Tomislavova (line 134), located directly across the street from our entrance. The stop in the opposite direction is only a 1-minute walk away.
We are about a 10-minute walk from Črnomerec tram terminal, and only 6 minutes from Kustošija train station.

How to book a diagnostic appointment?

You can book your appointment in one of the following ways:

  • via online booking
  • by sending an inquiry through our contact form

If this is your first visit – whether for therapy or training – please make sure to select “Diagnostics”. Once booked, you will automatically receive a link with a short questionnaire to fill out before your arrival, so that we can prepare for your session.

If you’re not sure which service to choose, feel free to contact us via the form – we’ll gladly help you pick the best option.

First visit – what should I know?

To ensure a thorough assessment, please keep in mind the following:

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement.
  • Bring along any previous medical reports, diagnoses, or scans.
  • Posture assessment is part of the exam, so part of the session will be conducted in underwear.
  • Avoid coffee, alcohol, or caffeinated drinks 2–3 hours before your visit.
  • Avoid sweets and sugary foods (chocolate, cookies, candy).
  • Stay hydrated – dehydration can affect your results.

Booking therapeutic treatments

Appointments can be scheduled:

  • at the reception desk
  • online via the app
  • or directly with your therapist after a treatment session

After your diagnostic assessment, you will receive a personalized rehabilitation plan tailored to your condition and goals. We recommend booking the first 3–4 sessions right after diagnostics to ensure a steady treatment rhythm. Ideally, there should be at least one day of rest between sessions – your therapist will give you detailed guidance.

What if I need to cancel?

Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the session, since it is too short notice to offer the slot to another client and the therapist has already reserved the time for you.

By respecting the cancellation policy, you help us reduce waiting times and allow us to help someone else in need.

Why is treatment sequence important?

It is very important not to skip scheduled sessions, as therapies are designed to follow a specific sequence. Missing one appointment may shift your entire treatment plan.

If you are booking on your own, please pay attention to the type of therapy prescribed, since not all therapists provide all methods. If you’re unsure, it’s always better to consult us before booking online.
