Personalized rehabilitation plan
There is no universal plan. Only the one that suits you.
We are aware that no two patients are the same. Likewise, for patients exhibiting the same symptoms, the causes of their pain can be completely different.
Understanding the diverse and often complex reasons behind a person’s compromised health requires a comprehensive approach that takes into account the unique characteristics of each individual.
By using the latest scientific insights from neuroscience, physiotherapy, and kinesitherapy, we go beyond the conventional medical approach and create a personalized rehabilitation plan tailored specifically to you.

From Pain to Performance
01Establishing a Clear Diagnosis
Our focus in rehabilitation is on identifying and eliminating the true causes of pain, rather than merely alleviating symptoms. When establishing a diagnosis, we consider the complex interactions of various organ systems, rather than focusing solely on the location where the pain or problem occurs. First and foremost, we aim to gather as much information from you as possible through attentive listening and a detailed medical history, in order to identify all significant events in your life that may have contributed to the problem. We then proceed with thorough testing using non-invasive and painless methods. Analyzing the results in the context of the complex interactions between your nervous system and other parts of the body allows us to lay the foundation for identifying the true root cause of the problem.
02Developing the Capacity for Recovery
In the initial phase of rehabilitation, we assess whether you have sufficient metabolic, subcortical, and cortical capacity for recovery. Simply put, on one hand we check if you have enough “fuel” to actually absorb the changes the therapist is implementing (metabolic capacity), and on the other hand, we assess and desensitize your brain so that the information coming from your peripheral nervous system is not perceived as a threat. If your capacity is insufficient, we will help you develop it through education and short home exercises, providing you with the tools you need, because adequate capacity is a fundamental prerequisite for successful recovery.
03Eliminating the Mechanical Causes of Pain
In this phase, we check for any mechanical causes that may be interfering with the normal interaction of the nervous system with other body systems (such as scars, inflammatory processes, adhesions, etc.). During this phase, we eliminate mechanical causes and address any inflammation.
04Reducing Nervous System Sensitivity
This is the main part of the rehabilitation process for chronic pain and painful conditions, and it is completely painless and non-invasive. By desensitizing the nervous system to stimuli, we ensure that your brain stops unnecessarily protecting the area that is painful. By eliminating the causes that make the brain generate pain as a protective mechanism, we remove the pain itself.
05Optimization of Movement Quality and Range
In this phase, we help you relearn healthy movement patterns and show you how to use your body to move at its full potential. This means making sure each joint can move the way it was designed to, while improving your flexibility and control.
06Smart Education and Exercise
In the final phase, we will strengthen your body and help you understand more about the importance of movement, exercise, and health. Our goal is your health and well-being, and we can achieve this only by making lasting changes and supporting you in building healthier habits. That’s why we encourage you to exercise with us in a smart and safe way, without fear of injury or pain.
How does our approach create lasting change?
Personalized therapy that doesn’t just treat symptoms, but addresses the root causes
Pain is a signal, not the source of the problem
Health as a way of life
Our integrative approach always aims to permanently eliminate the true causes of problems. Each of our therapies is carefully selected to complement one another, providing you with comprehensive care that not only addresses current symptoms but also builds the foundation for long-term health and well-being.
We are aware of the pace of modern life and the factors that make daily stress hard to avoid, which is why we approach its resolution systematically. Eliminating physical pain and restoring function to your nervous system is just the first step toward a solution.
Once we give your body the opportunity to manage stress (without pain), we will also provide you with tools to channel stressful moments in the long term. We will help you change your lifestyle habits and teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle.
